Generally it takes 7-10 working days to complete a project from start to finish. Weather and coordination of subcontractors is a major factor in the time line. In reality, allow two to four weeks for the entire project. In an ideal situation with a relatively flat backyard, minimal finish landscaping and easy access to equipment, an entire project really can be completed in two weeks. We've done it.

We subcontract the excavation of inground pools to Koplin Excavating and concrete deck work to Tetzlaf Masonry. All of these contractors are in the Watertown, Wisconsin area and have worked with us on many projects. While we can refer electrical, landscaping and fencing contractors we have worked with, the homeowner is responsible for these phases as well as permits. We carry liability and workman's compensation insurance and are licensed retailers in the State of Wisconsin.
