and above ground pool sales, excavation, installation, vinyl liner
replacement, pumps, filters, heaters, deck equipment, leak detection,
and yearly maintenance service.
The
SolarGardenDome began development 40 years ago and has become
well understood. We offer a
high level concept in gardening with our unique dome-concept
method in high performance gardening. This dome proved ideal for extending the swimming
season for backyard swimming pools. The unique
SunDome has covered and heated pools worldwide for more than
2 decades. This swimming pool enclosure became the basis for the
SolarGardenDome seen on these pages. The
SolarGardenDome has a taller door opening than the swimming
pool dome and includes hardware for the wooden base structure
that the pool dome does not.

my start in the swimming pool industry in 1963 at the age of nine holding the
grade-stick for my father while digging new in-ground swimming pools. As
I matured I graduated to a crew member in my Dad's company, Pool 'n Patio, based
in Waukesha, Wisconsin. During my years at Pool 'n Patio the company built over
300 in-ground vinyl liner swimming pools. When
Pool 'n Patio dissolved in 1974 I spent a couple of seasons working for one of
Pool 'n Patio's ex-competitors as foreman of new construction. I built over 50
pools during those two seasons. After
spending a couple of years as a rod-man on a survey crew I built another 50
in-ground swimming pools as an independent contractor. This supplemented my
income while I was working full time at a large Wisconsin resort where I managed
all mechanical and human phases of 6 full time swimming pools. Currently I
am in the swimming pool business full time specializing in swimming pool service
and new in-ground pool sales and construction.
We also sell SolarGardenDomes,
a unique and cost effective alternative to greenhouse gardening.
